MenoSupplements was founded by a Pharmacist and Certified Functional Nutrition Coach specializing in menopause. who experienced midlife sleep challenges firsthand. Unable to find a melatonin-free formula with the ingredients they wanted in one supplement, they created MenoDream.
OUR APPROACH
Built for women who are tired of being awake at 3am.
MenoSupplements started the way a lot of good things do: with a problem we couldn't solve for ourselves. In midlife, the restless nights our clients described became our own.
We went looking for a clean, melatonin-free formula with the combination of evidence-based ingredients we wanted, but couldn’t find one. So we created the one we wished existed — for women like us and like you.
