At MenoDream™, our subscription program is designed to make it easy to stay consistent with your wellness routine while saving money on every order.

How Your Subscription Works

When you enroll in a MenoDream subscription, your selected product(s) will automatically ship according to the delivery frequency you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 days, if available).

Your payment method will be automatically charged before each scheduled shipment.

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Subscription Benefits

Subscribers receive:

  • Exclusive subscriber pricing
  • Automatic deliveries so you never run out
  • Ability to skip, pause, or reschedule future shipments
  • Priority access to new products and subscriber-only promotions (when available)

Upcoming Renewal Notifications

We will send an email reminder approximately 4 days before your next subscription order is processed.

This reminder gives you time to:

  • Skip your upcoming shipment
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Modify the products in your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our Customer Care Team.

Please note:

  • Cancelling your subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed.
  • Once an order enters fulfillment, we are unable to stop shipment.
  • Any future recurring orders will be canceled after your current processed order.

Order Changes

Before your order has entered fulfillment, you may be able to:

  • Change quantities
  • Add or remove products
  • Update shipping information
  • Change billing information
  • Adjust delivery frequency

Once fulfillment begins, no modifications can be guaranteed.

Skipping or Delaying an Order

Need a little extra time?

Simply log into your account before your renewal date to:

  • Skip your next shipment
  • Delay your next delivery
  • Change your recurring schedule

Failed Payments

If your payment cannot be processed, we'll notify you so you can update your payment information.

If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription shipment may be delayed or canceled until updated payment information is received.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription purchases are covered under the MenoDream Refund Policy.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility and instructions.

Subscription Pricing

Subscriber discounts apply only to active subscription orders and cannot be combined with certain promotional offers unless specifically stated.

Pricing is subject to change. If subscription pricing changes, you will be notified before your next renewal is processed.
