Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Need your order sooner? We also offer Expedited Shipping for a flat fee of $15.00, available at checkout.

Shipping promotions are subject to change without notice.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will make every effort to notify you.

Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted national carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other approved shipping partners.

The shipping carrier will be selected based on your location and the fastest available delivery option.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are:

  • FREE Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping ($15): 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has scanned your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@menodream.com.

While we will do our best to update your address before your order ships, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

MenoDream™ is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please first review the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

Domestic shipments are generally considered delayed after 10 business days from the date the carrier accepts the package.

If your shipment exceeds this timeframe, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim promptly and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • VAT or other government charges

These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier delays.

Returned Packages

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to claim the package

may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Refund eligibility for returned shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
