30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To begin the process, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@menodream.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
Before Returning Your Order
Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
Our team will provide instructions for your return, if applicable.
Unauthorized returns may experience delays or may not qualify for a refund.
What Qualifies for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
- Your order arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
- Items are missing from your shipment.
- Your order cannot be delivered due to an error on our part.
What Is Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds generally are not available for:
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Orders placed using an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Orders placed by mistake.
- Orders that have already shipped and cannot be canceled before fulfillment.
- Shipping charges (unless required by law or due to our error).
Each request is reviewed individually, and exceptions may be considered when appropriate.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the problem through a replacement, refund, or store credit, as appropriate.
Subscription Orders
If you have a recurring subscription:
- Canceling your subscription stops future recurring orders.
- Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
- If you no longer wish to receive future shipments, please cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to process orders promptly, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will investigate and help determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, although some financial institutions may take up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account.
International Orders
At this time, international orders are generally not eligible for returns.
If an international order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
